Here's my new Seiko SARB033 running against it's sync reference, an atomic Casio GW-5000-1JF. The Seiko features a 6R15 23 jewelled automatic movement which is reported to run within COSC limits. I've found that to be true. The Seiko was set on Monday 29th November and here we see it on Saturday 4th December 5 days later, running at +20 seconds or on average +4 a day. That's excellent performance for a watch at this price point.
